<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly thermal-conductive compound which has a high thermal-conductivity, has a high adjustment, is excellent in an applying property, and has an excellent thermal-stability at a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The highly thermal-conductive compound includes (A) an inorganic powder filler of 85-97 wt.%, (B) a base oil of 2-15 wt.% and (C) a compound of 0.001-10 wt.% expressed by Y-(-R<SB>2</SB>-COO-)<SB>n</SB>-R<SB>1</SB>-X (in the formula, R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each a bivalent hydrocarbon group having a 1-36C straight chain or branch chain, n is 1-15, X and Y are each at least one substituent or hydrogen atom selected from groups consisting of a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group, at least one of X and Y is a carboxyl group or hydroxyl group, and in the case that n is 2-15, the part of (-R<SB>2</SB>-COO-)<SB>n</SB>of general formula (1) may be a copolymer group constituted of two or more kinds of constitutional unit (-R<SB>2</SB>-COO-) of a bivalent hydrocarbon group whose R<SB>2</SB>is different). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
