<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounted crystal oscillator for which influence on frequency temperature characteristics by the heat generation of an IC chip is reduced and productivity is improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the surface-mounted crystal oscillator, in which the IC chip 2 and a crystal piece 3 are integrally housed inside a container main body 1 with a recessed part, the non circuit function surface of the IC chip 2 is fixed on a ground pattern 5 provided on the inner bottom surface of the container main body 1 and the IC terminal of the circuit function surface of the IC chip 2 and a circuit terminal inside the container main body 1 are electrically connected by wire bonding, a hole part is provided on the inner bottom surface of the container main body 1, the ground pattern 5 is formed on the bottom surface and inner peripheral surface of the hole part, a bottom surface which is the non circuit function surface of the IC chip 2 is fixed with a conductive adhesive 7a, and the conductive adhesive 7a is embedded between the outer circumferential side face of the IC chip 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the hole part as well. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
