<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply structure which can supply power easily to wide power supply regions and can secure safety of a user. <P>SOLUTION: This is a power supply panel 10 which is constructed integrally by mutually arranging in superimposed form a plurality of conductive plates 11, 12 and an insulating layer 13 installed between these plurality of conductive plates 11, 12.
