<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film distribution case and a case containing a film, which enable a cutting member to be safely and perfectly separated from a box. <P>SOLUTION: The film distribution case 10 comprises: a box body 12, in which a roll 1 with a rolled film 2 is stored, which has a rectangular bottom plate 14, a front plate 16, a back plate 18 and two side plates 20, and the one face 26 of which is opened; a rectangular lid plate 30 which has a hinge side 60 and a folding side 62 opposing to the hinge side, which is rotatably and continuously connected to the back plate with the hinge side, and which covers the opened face; a covering lid piece 32 which is connected continuously to the lid plate via the folding side, which is formed in an approximately rectangular shape of the folding side, a leading end side 64 facing the folding side, and two side sides 66; and the cutting member 50 for cutting the film, which is arranged in a strip shape along the leading end side, and which is fixed to the covering lid piece by fixing portions 78 distributed in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped cutting member.
