PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a service providing system for vehicle. SOLUTION: When a user operates a portable terminal 10, a distance between the user (portable terminal 10) and a vehicle (on-vehicle device 30) owned by the user is calculated (S320), and a service providing time is set on the basis of the calculated distance (S330). It is expected that the service is surely provided to the user by the time when the user reaches the vehicle.
