PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave band switch circuit that easily corrects variation in OFF capacity of a switching element without moving the position of the switching element. SOLUTION: The millimeter wave band switch circuit is provided with a coupling line L1 having variable line length, a transmission line L2 connected between an input/output terminal P1 and one end of the coupling line L1, a transmission line L2 connected between the input/output terminal P2 and the other end of the coupling line L1, an FET (first switching element) connected in parallel to the left-side transmission line L2, and an FET (second switching element) connected in parallel to the right-side transmission line L2 and turning ON and OFF simultaneously with the FET (first switching element).
