PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of supplying operation clock that has a stable amplitude. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 1 is provided with an oscillation circuit 10, an amplitude-correcting circuit 30 and a test-enabling signal generating circuit 60. The amplitude correcting circuit 30 is configured of a second transmission circuit 31, a third transmission circuit 34, an inverter circuit 37 for driving a high-speed operation clock, an inverter circuit 40 for driving a normal operation clock and a power supply voltage supply circuit 50. Since a power supply voltage of a constant voltage is supplied to the clock driving inverter circuits 37, 40 from the power supply voltage supply circuit, an inputted clock signal can have an amplitude maintained at a predetermined value, by the clock driving inverter circuits 37, 40.
