PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor wherein a cylinder pressure is reduced when compressed coolant is discharged, and performance for a discharge valve to close a discharge port is improved when discharge is completed. SOLUTION: In a hermetic compressor equipped with a cylinder in which a piston reciprocates, a valve plate having the discharge port, a discharge valve plate having a discharge valve part provided to cover the discharge port, a vibration control plate having a cantilever part to restrict the operating range of the discharge valve part on the discharge valve part, and a plate-shaped member placed between the discharge valve plate and the vibration control plate are provided. The fixing part of the discharge valve part and the fixing part of the cantilever part are provided to have a positioning relation in which they face each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
