PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning duct or a component for the air conditioning duct having both sound absorption function and waterproof function.

SOLUTION: This air conditioning duct comprises an outer coating layer 10 having non-permeability and waterproofness, an intermediate layer 20 having heat retaining property and sound absorption property, and an inner coating layer 30 constituted by a film or sheet having moisture penetration waterproofness. The substrate of the film or sheet is nonwoven fabric made of synthetic resin, synthetic resin film, cloth or paper group. Regarding its physical property, preferably, moisture penetration resistance is 0.20 m2*s*Pa/μg or lower, and the waterproofness is 8 kPa or higher.
