<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell compressor as a centrifugal compressor having a reduced size while preventing the pollution of compressed air. <P>SOLUTION: A spiral groove 29 is formed in the rear face (opposed to the back face of an impeller 12) of a small diameter portion 27 of an impeller supporting plate 26.
