<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inscribed ultrasonic motor which provides the same rotation property all around a rotor. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic motor 1 is equipped with: a rotor 200 which has an inner-circumferential face; an ultrasonic oscillator 11 which contacts at two points with the inner-circumferential face; upper and lower connecting members 30 and 31 which are connected to the ultrasonic oscillator 11, a disc member 61 which is provided in the upper and lower connecting members 30 and 31 and contacts at one point each with the inner-perimetrical face so that it keeps the central positions of the rotor 200 in cooperation with the ultrasonic oscillator while shifting the rotor 200 in the tangent direction of the inner-perimetrical direction; and a pressing mechanism 1000 which elastically transforms the upper and lower connecting members 30 and 31 such that it presses two points on the ultrasonic oscillator 11 and one point on the disc member 61 toward the inner-perimetrical face from the center of the rotor 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
