<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus where abnormality of a temperature detection means inside a thermal fixing means can be detected in a short period of time, an image forming method, an image forming program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: When the decrease amount of variation of first temperature inside the thermal fixing means in a first prescribed period exceeds a first prescribed amount, the control means of the image forming apparatus determines that the temperature detection means becomes abnormal, whereby the abnormality of the temperature detection means inside the thermal fixing means can be detected in a short period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
