PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a multilayer board employing a technology for preventing deviation of a connection land by wrapping the outer circumference of a work before a laminated sheet fuses. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a multilayer board comprises a lower jig plate 12 and an upper jig plate 13, and a pattern deviation prevention plate 15 mounted on the lower jig plate 12 where a relief hole 19 of a positioning pin 14 is formed in the lower jig plate 12 and the upper jig plate 13. A jig guide pawl 17 is provided on the outer circumference of the upper jig plate 13, and a cushion member 16 is interposed between the lower jig plate 12 and the upper jig plate 13.
