<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device of a fuel tank capable of stably maintaining the holding of the fuel tank by increasing a force for binding the fuel tank onto a vehicle and manufacturable at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: X-shaped reinforcement beads 7b extending in the directions diagonal to each other are formed on a separator 7. The separator 7 is disposed on a plane specified by the horizontal part 3b and the vertical part 3a of a bracket 3. A pair of mutually parallel positioning beads 9, 10 projecting outward are formed on the peripheral wall of a cylindrical body 5 to which belts 4 are fitted.
