PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble like occurrence of loss or division of a movement content by managing the movement content according to IP address update time and IP address update suppression. SOLUTION: When content movement processing of the content is started, a critical period from a movement start to an end is set, it is decided whether update scheduled time of an IP address interposes or not in reference to an IP address update scheduled table in the set critical period, the movement processing of the content is executed when the update scheduled time of the IP address is absent in the critical period, and the content movement processing is stopped when the update scheduled time of the IP address is present in the critical period.
