PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the state of an operator automatically without involving a terminal operation by an operator. SOLUTION: A site state management system 10 is constituted by including an operation tag 54, a magnetic sensor 56 which is an operation tag detector placed at each stand 13, an ID card 20 which is carried by an operator 8, an ID card reader 22 which is arranged at an operation board 30 of a cabin 14 of an elevator 11 that is a maintenance object device, the operation board 30, a transmitter/receiver 52 which is arranged at a main control device 50 that is connected with the magnetic sensor 56, and a site state management device 60 which is connected with the transmitter/receiver device 52 via an Internet line 58. A CPU62 of the site state management device 60 is constituted by including a check schedule management part 74 which manages the check work schedule and so on of the operator 8 and a state input management part 76 which manages the data input via the Internet line 58 from the ID card reader 22 regarding the state of the operator 8.
