PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain toner whose productive efficiency is improved, and in which the width of the variation in the values of many characteristics such as fluidity and charging properties is reduced. SOLUTION: A toner composition liquid is made into droplets by a droplet forming means 11 composed of a thin film 16 at which a plurality of nozzles 15 are formed and electromechanical converting means 17 arranged around the thin film 16 and vibrating the thin film 16, so as to be discharged, thus the toner having monodispersibility of particle sizes is obtained. The droplet forming means 11 and a flow passage member 13 feeding the toner composition liquid to the droplet forming means 11 are adhered with the adhesive layer 18 of an elastic adhesive, and the phenomenon that the temperature of the thin film 16 composing the droplet forming means 11 is made high during adhesion is prevented, and further, corrosion caused by the toner composition liquid is prevented so as to improve its durability.
