PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting of an opening/closing device of a ceiling inspection port to a ceiling. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device 100 of the ceiling inspection port comprises a frame body 2 fixed to the ceiling along a periphery of a hole formed in the ceiling in a manner of surrounding the inspection port, a door 3 opening/closing the inspection port, and a connecting section 4 connecting the door 3 to the frame body 2 so that the door 3 may not interrupt the frame body 2 upon opening/closing. The connecting section 4 interposed between the frame body 2 and the door 3 comprises a plurality of arms and a first mounting member 45. An end side of the arms is rotatably connected to the door 3 and the other end of each of the arms is rotatably connected to the first mounting member 45, which can be attachable to and detachable from the frame body in its connected state.
