PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material carrying device for automatically charging plate materials into a packing machine without the need for manual work by an operator himself/herself. SOLUTION: The plate material carrying device comprises a support 3 for supporting an aggregate 2 of the plurality of plate materials 1 at a carry-in position A, a supply means 4 for supplying the plate materials 1 to the support 3, a carrying means 5 for carrying the support 3 from the carry-in position A to a carry-out position B while maintaining a plate material holding attitude, and a receiving means 6 for receiving the plate materials 1 on the support 3 carried to the carry-out position B by the carrying means 5.
