PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing brush capable of preventing the brush from being frozen without requiring extra work such as pulling-down of a heat insulating shutter after washing a car by an inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: This car washing brush used by the car washing machine is constituted by using a cloth-made sheet-like material as a brush material 24, folding it down in a fan shape, and sticking a linear moisture absorbing and heat generating material 31 to a surface of the sheet-like material, for example, its crest part 24a or trough part 24b.
