The ball bearing has an external and internal ring, which has running groove (3), in which rolling body engages. The running groove of the outer ring (1), projecting from the contact point of the rolling body in stop condition of the ball bearing, has an increasing radius of curvature (R1 to R4) in the direction of the angular point of the running groove.
