<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filter and a draining valve element for the fluid filter, capable of reducing the number of parts assembled in the inside and also shortening assembling time. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid filter 1 includes: a filter element 51; a cylindrical body 52 supporting the filter element; a cap 3 and a base 2 which store the filter element and cylindrical body and which are mutually screwed by relative rotation; a drain cap 17 which is detachably attached to the cap from the outside of the cap and which closes a drain hole 15 formed in the cap; and the draining valve element 21 which is arranged between the cap and the cylindrical body and which holds the cylindrical body together with the base. The draining valve element 21 includes: a valve part 22 openably closing the drain hole; a pressing part 25 which extends from the end of the valve part and which is pressed in a direction where the valve part closes the drain hole; and a locking part 29 which is arranged at the end of the pressing part and is locked to a locked portion 12b arranged on the cylindrical body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
