PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a medium having anisotropic reflection characteristics formed of the aggregate of grooves of micro-fine surface, especially, a medium in which the sense of depth of a solid shape is expressed. SOLUTION: A control part 3 calculates solid shape data by a solid shape design means 21. Then, the control part 3 calculates the normal vectors of pixel units by a normal vector calculation means 22, and calculates the directional vectors of grooves on a medium succeeding the information of the normal vectors by a direction vector calculation means 23. Then, the control part 3 calculates the depth value of pixel units by a depth value calculation means 24, and carries out the blurring processing of the directional vectors according to the depth value by a directional vector blurring means 25. Furthermore, the control part 3 prepares draft data based on the directional vector group whose blurring processing has been carried out by a draft data preparation means 26.
