PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method of evaluating lip rougheness by determining the state of a lip easily and objectively. SOLUTION: The measurement is performed with a substance emitting autofluorescence at 310-400 nm by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays of 250-330 nm as an index. Also, the measurement is performed with autofluorescence in a subcorneal cell sample emitted when applying ultraviolet rays of 250-330 nm to the subcorneal cell sample peeled and sampled from the lip as an index. By above measurements, fine rougheness invisible with naked eyes on the lip surface is determined and the evaluation method of lip rougheness to be evaluated is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
