摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable nozzle hole type fuel injection valve for reducing emission to be exhausted during low load. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve 1, wherein fuel is supplied from a common rail 3 which accumulates the fuel whose pressure is higher as the load of an internal combustion engine is higher, and the fuel is supplied into the internal combustion engine, comprises an outer needle 30 for controlling a first nozzle hole group 14 to be opened/closed, and an inner needle 40 for controlling a second nozzle hole group 15 to be opened/closed. In the fuel injection valve 1, a pressure control device 50 is provided for controlling pressure in a back pressure chamber 17 which operates back pressure on at least the outer needle 30. The pressure control device 50 controls pressure in the back pressure chamber 17 so that the lifting speed of the outer needle 30 is lower as the load of the internal combustion engine is lower.
