PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes-drying apparatus preventing pinches of the clothes-drying apparatus for pressing clothes from being entangled with a frame of the clothes-drying device, and preventing the pinches of the clothes-drying apparatus disposed almost in contact with each other for pressing clothes from being entangled with each other. SOLUTION: In this clothes-drying apparatus, a clothes-drying device frame is suspended by a suspending device having a hook part, a suspending member is hung on a connecting member fitted to the frame, an annular pinch rotating member is passed through the central part serving as a fulcrum of the pinch, and the annular pinch rotating member is suspended by the suspending member. The annular pinch rotating member is passed through the central part as the fulcrum of the pinch, whereby the pinch is freely rotated to pass through a ring of the annular pinch rotating member to prevent the frame of the clothes-drying device and the pinch from being entangled with each other, and prevent the pinches from being entangled with each other.
