The invention relates to a novel electrical component characterised in that it comprises an electrically conducting member (2) coated with a dielectric material (3), electric connections (30) being provided in said dielectric material in order to submit the latter to an electric field and to polarise the same, said electric connections being arranged symmetrically relative to the electrically conducting member without any contact therewith. The applicant evidenced that such a component could particularly optimise: the technical effects of electric circuits used for processing a signal and in which said component is mounted; the performance of electric appliances of the computer type or apparatuses for producing sounds and/or images and in which said component is mounted; the performances of an automobile in which said component is activated. |
