FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to electric engineering, specifically to multilayer film electrodes for electrolytic capacitors. Suggested multilayer anode is made in the form of base-plate with developed surface on which conformal layer of gate metal linked via heterotransition formed by geometrically closed among themselves nanoparticles of base-plate metal and gate metal, and oxide coating are placed in series. At that the base-plate is linked with film base via nanocomposite barrier layer which represents differentiated mixture of linked materials contents of which are changing towards each other complementing each other to 100% where working surface is formed essentially by base-plate metal. The new is the fact that metal with 2-4 times higher hardness than the hardness of gate metal (mainly titan) is used as base-plate material, and pores of gate metal layer are limited in dimensions in the range of 1-104 nm. ^ EFFECT: improvement of multilayer anode for electrolytic capacitor providing higher basic technical characteristics. ^ 2 dwg |
