FIELD: gas. ^ SUBSTANCE: gas-and-diesel locomotive's electronic gas system includes gas bottles, cut-off (explosive) valves, safety valves, globe valve and drain valve, gas filter, electromagnetic valves, I-st and II-nd stage pressure reducers, water heaters, expansion tank, header, batchers, gas valves, filling valves, connections and check valves as well as temperature and pressure gages-relays, thermometers, pressure gages and pressure indicator. Electronic gas system is equipped with two or more electromagnetic valves of III-rd pressure reducing stage with various nominal bore, which are connected to gas piping in parallel, after II-nd stage pressure reducer and water heater. Valves' gage is installed on header. Electromagnetic gas valves are installed at diesel inlet before each cylinder and equipped with microcontrollers. ^ EFFECT: ensuring smooth pressure control and smooth control of gas feed commencement and termination angles to cylinders, and diesel efficiency increase. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
