FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of water suspension with hydrated surface of a solid phase, production of semi-finished item in gaseous medium with temperature lower, than freezing point of the suspension, thermostating of semi-finished item, its drying and burning. During semi-finished item forming on a working desk there is carried out silvering of suspension layer by layer; at that the working desk is cooled to the temperature lower, than the point of suspension freezing. When a layer freezes, the next layer is applied in a plane parallel to the surface of the working desk and in a form of a corresponding section of walls of formed semi-finished item. Layers of semi-finished item overhanging the desk surface are formed on rests made out of frozen water. ^ EFFECT: simplification of process of fabrication of tuyeres and reduction of operational costs. ^ 2 cl |
