PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for preventing the content of a document from being recognized by the others when a document is overlapped with a clear folder or a color film.

SOLUTION: An image processing program 200 operating on an image processor 10 is provided with: a color DB208 for storing a plurality of colors; a selectable color control part 212 for controlling a color selectable as the color of the configuring element of an image on the basis of the color selected from among the plurality of colors stored in the color DB 208; and a color conversion part 204 for operating color conversion to the configuring elements of the image on the basis of the color selected from among selectable colors controlled by the selectable color control part 212. The selectable color control part 212 controls the color selectable as a character color on the basis of the color selected as a film color, and controls the color selectable as a background color on the basis of the color selected as a character color.
