摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hydrogen separation membrane-electrolyte membrane assembly and a manufacturing method for a fuel cell capable of restraining oxygen shortage in an electrolyte membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a hydrogen separation membrane-electrolyte membrane assembly 100 includes an electrolyte membrane-forming process for forming an oxide type electrolyte membrane 15 with proton conductivity on a hydrogen separation membrane 10 with hydrogen permeability under an atmosphere including oxygen, and voltage is applied on the electrolyte membrane 15 while the electrolyte membrane 15 is formed at the electrolyte membrane-forming process.
