PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight measuring device capable of determining smoothly a true body weight of a patient by reading specific information including an attachment weight and operating automatically the true body weight of the patient, and avoiding a determination error of existence or the kind of an attachment generated by an operator. SOLUTION: The weight measuring device for measuring the body weight of the patient subjected to hemodialysis treatment includes a weight measuring means 1 for measuring the weight of the patient H and its attachment (wheelchair K); a specific information transmission means 2 disposed on the attachment, capable of recording the specific information including the weight of the attachment, and transmitting by radio the specific information; an antenna 4 capable of reading in the noncontact state the specific information transmitted from the specific information transmission means 2; and an operation means 6 for operating the true body weight of the patient by subtracting the attachment weight read by the antenna from a measured value by the weight measuring means 1.
