PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable communication device which is good in usability. SOLUTION: The communication device 100 has: a destination reception unit 101 which receives designated destination information from a user; an additional information storage unit 105 which stores prescribed additional information to be added to the designated destination information; a destination creation unit 103 which creates the communication destination information by adding the additional information to the designated destination information that the destination reception unit 101 receives; a communication unit 107 which communicates on the basis of the communication destination information as a destination; and a destination display unit 113 which deletes the additional information from the communication destination information to present only the designated destination information to the user.
