PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast TS switching device for securing the stability of broadcasting even when abnormality occurs in a broadcast TS signal, and to provide a memory device and a broadcast TS switching system. SOLUTION: The broadcast TS switching device includes: a TS packet memory for receiving through a plurality of transmission paths the plurality of broadcast TS signals of the same contents obtained via the plurality of transmission paths; a TS switching device 2 for receiving an output of the TS packet memory and generating output selection information about a selected broadcast TS signal; a TSP_counter monitoring circuit 3 for monitoring reach of TSP_counter values embedded in a TS packet of an OFDM frame about the plurality of broadcast TS signals and generating discrimination information showing whether the TSP_counter values continue; and a TSP selection circuit 4 for receiving the discrimination information from the TSP_counter monitoring circuit 3 and output selection information from the TS switching device and controlling the TS switching device 2 according to the discrimination information about a broadcast TS signal of the output selection information.
