PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element capable of controlling an emission color, and to provide a lighting apparatus. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device D is provided with a blue light emitting layer 13 for emitting blue light and a green light emitting layer 16 for emitting green light. The organic light-emitting device is added with a red light emitting material that emits red light from an interface S between the blue light emitting layer 13 and the green light emitting layer 16 to the blue light emitting layer 13 side while being added with a red light emitting material that emits red light from the interface S to the green light emitting layer 16 side.
