PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device capable of preventing dust produced when a moving body abuts on a supporting body from inadvertently adhering to other parts even when shock resistance is improved by using abutting between the moving body and the supporting body. SOLUTION: In the lens drive device, projections 153a, 153b, 153c and 153d are formed at the end of the moving body 3 on an imaging device 60 side, and recessed parts 193a, 193b, 193c and 193d receiving the projections 153a to 153d are formed on a base 19. Projected line parts 195a, 195b, 195c and 195d are formed on the inside in the radial direction of the recessed parts 193a to 193d. Therefore, even when the dust is produced when the projections 153a to 153d of a sleeve 15 abut on the inside of the recessed parts 193a to 193d of the base 19, it is held and reservoired inside the recessed parts 193a to 193d.
