PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device capable of securing necessary oil supply amount to a compressor and improving operation efficiency of the compressor. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle is constituted by connecting the compressor 1, a condenser 3, an expansion valve 5 and an evaporator 6 by refrigerant pipes, and the oil is supplied to the compressor 1 according to differential pressure of pressure (Po) of oil separated from a discharged refrigerant of the compressor 1 and an intermediate pressure (Pm) of the compressor. A control means 15 controls the rotational frequency of an air distribution fan 14 distributing the air to the condenser 3 by every control period, and the differential pressure (Po-Pm) is controlled to the differential pressureΔP corresponding the minimum required oil supply amount Q of the compressor.
