PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe which can collectively detect the same kinds of fungi and can detect the fungi in a state distinguished from other kinds of fungi, in order to classify the fungi for each kind of the fungi, and to provide a carrier on which the probe is immobilized. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an oligonucleotide probe containing at least one of specific base sequences and their mutated sequences for detecting the DNA of an inflectional disease-causing fungus, to a probe carrier on which the probe or the probe set is immobilized, and to a method for detecting the DNA of an inflectional disease-causing fungus Arthroderma benhamiae with them.
