PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for construction to be easily installed on a floor reinforcement and a beam reinforcement assembled on a floor formwork and capable of certainly holding floor thickness and a horizon of a floor surface. SOLUTION: It is constituted to integrally provide a standard bar to certainly hold the floor thickness and the horizon on a proper point of a fixture formed of a U shaped screw rod 3e, a butterfly nut 2a and a washer 2b to install on the steel reinforcements A, B. The bar is structured to freely fall and to support itself by connecting its upper and lower parts by a spring or a soft member in consideration of its safety.
