PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in flexibility and interlaminar adhesion, and to provide a laminated molded article having a layer comprising the same. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 65-90 wt.% of (A) a copolymer of at least one compound selected from the group consisting ofα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester and vinyl ester and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of ethylene andα-olefin, 9-34 wt.% of (B) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and 1-20 wt.% of (C) a petroleum resin, provided that the total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt.%.
