PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core fine granule having increased absorption efficacy when being administered in a human body by fairly heightening the solubility, and prepared by being coated with a disinfectant and a polymer. SOLUTION: One kind of the fine granule is formed by being coated with a coating layer constituted of the disinfectant, the macromolecular polymer, an acidic material, talc powder, a self-adhesive, ethanol and dichloromethane, and an anti-coagulation layer constituted of the talc powder, a carboxymethylcellulose and a plasticizer on one fine granular core center having 300-500μm diameter (30-50 mesh) so that the anti-coagulation layer may be coated on the coating layer previously coated on the core center.
