PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion mounting structure of a vehicle seat having simple structure and good working efficiency in mounting it on a vehicle body floor side. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat is equipped with a seat cushion 1 disposed above the vehicle body floor 5, a pair of hinge brackets 23 vertically provided from the vehicle body floor 5 on both sides near the rear end of the seat cushion, and a seat back 2 fallably or tiltably supported by the pair of hinge brackets 23. An extension member (14) extended rearward from the rear part of the seat cushion 1 is mounted on a reinforcing frame (24) suspended between the pair of hinge brackets 23, and the front lower part of the seat cushion 1 is fixed to the vehicle body floor through a support member (13).
