摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omni-directional type power assist apparatus and a technology capable of solving the following problem that: the apparatus is operated in such a direction that an operator does not intend because there are individual differences in recognizing as the center of gravity of the apparatus or a force cannot accurately be applied to a sensor as a human intends when the operator applies an operating force. SOLUTION: This omni-directional type power assist apparatus includes a touch panel to which the operator inputs such a true direction as to intend to operate it and a direction reasoning section for reasoning the operating direction of the apparatus by regarding the input direction as a teaching signal.
