PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to judge whether the shape or weight of a tire constitutional member or a ribbon-like rubber laminated body is good or not in the midway of molding when a green tire is molded by arranging in layers the tire constitutional member and the ribbon-like rubber laminated body, and to allow the final shape or the weight of the green tire to approach a target when it is not good. SOLUTION: A base tread rubber 62 is formed based on its target shape data by laminating ribbon-like rubbers. The shape of the base tread rubber 62 is measured and a difference between it and the target shape is calculated. When the difference exceeds a tolerance, the target shape data of a cap tread rubber 63 is corrected. Based on the target shape data after correction, the cap tread rubber 63 is formed by laminating the ribbon-like rubbers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
