PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, the micro soldering has been requested recently, and the automatic soldering by the laser soldering or the like has been often employed; a thread solder groove-processing device is mounted closer to a thread-soldered part to the micro soldering while the miniaturization and the high accuracy have been requested in the feed control of the thread solder; and a thread solder feeder must be miniaturized by the efficiency of a production apparatus even during the conventional soldering. SOLUTION: The groove-processing circular blade is integrated so as to be directly coupled and assembled to a bearing, and miniaturization and enhancement in accuracy can be simultaneously achieved by using an elastic clamp by using an elastic fastener and an elastic clamp.
