PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface cleaning device capable of efficiently removing microallergens as antigens of pollen, house dust, etc. sticking to the wall surface. SOLUTION: The lower part of a device body 10 of the wall surface cleaning device keeps a frame 30 connected through a connecting pipe 20, and a dust collection filter 13 and a motor 14/a fan 15 as blower/suction means arranged inside the device body 10. In addition, the frame 30 has a blow-off part 50 for blowing air off to the wall surface and a suction part 60 for sucking the internal air of the frame 30. The blow-off part 50 is formed in such a state that a number of blow-off nozzles 51 are aggregated. Besides, the peripheral edge part 31 of the frame 30 is formed of a pliable material, and the peripheral edge part 31 can be brought into contact with the wall surface almost airtightly.
