Disclosed is a nutrient composition comprising L-arginine, an ?-3 polyhydric unsaturated fatty acid and ribonucleic acid (RNA), and further comprising various minerals including zinc and selenium and various vitamins including vitamins belonging to the groups of vitamin-B and -K which are needed for the activation of the cellular function and a protein syntherized. The nutrient composition enables to aggressively enhance the synthesis and activation of a protein by the action of an energy produced by its lipid metabolism improving activity, thereby preventing and ameliorating a disease such as diabetes, hyperlipemia and fat liver which occurs as a lifestyle-related disease (e.g., a metabolic syndrome).
