A container assembly (10) having a container (12), a fitment (14) and a cap (16) assembly. The container (12) has at least one panel (20) and at least one seal (22) sealing the at least one panel to define a cavity (26). The fitment is coupled with the container, comprising a body (30) having a first end (32) and a second end (34). The second end (34) extends away from the container (12), wherein the fitment (14) provides fluid communication with the cavity (26). The cap assembly (16) is releasably attachable to the second end (3) of the fitment (14). The cap assembly (16) comprises a base (40) and a cover (60). The base includes an upper surface (41 ), a lower surface (42) and an opening (43) extending therethrough. The opening (43) including an upper annular rim extending from the upper surface of the base (41 )and a lower annular rim' extending from the lower surface of the base. The cover is attachable to the base to cover the opening. The cover includes an annular ring that extends along at least a portion of the upper annular rim (75) of the opening. The annular ring forms a hermetic seal with the upper annular rim of the opening. A frangible cover (82) is integrally molded with the cap extending across the lower annular rim.
