The method involves displaying an armature of electromagnets, which attain an end position. A current is measured continuously which is flowing by the electromagnets. The measured values of the current are monitored for decrease and increase in amperage after a time interval. A signal is given with the occurrence of amperage increase. An independent claim is also included for a switching arrangement for producing a signal.
